My philosophy on training with almost any client and any goal is to start by developing a stronger core and posterior chain in order to build a solid foundation for achieving your goals. Whether your goal is increased endurance, muscle gain, improved strength. weight loss, or just shoring up injuries and muscle imbalances, I would be honored to assist you.
-Ryan Bilbrey-NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist
I have had the great pleasure of working with Ryan as a fellow trainer at Fitness 1440. I have seen the progress he has achieved with his clients and have the utmost respect for his style and process of training. We agree on the benefit of functional training and have geeked out a few times on various exercises we have learned, and shared them with each other. I have no doubt in my mind that Ryan will help anyone achieve their goals if they work with him. Congratulations on this new journey Ryan!
I had a right shoulder injury that wasn’t getting better using other methods, expensive methods. I was taking pain meds off and on for 5 years, and still couldn’t use my arm without limited range and very limited strength. Putting a saddle on a horse was ridiculous, pulling myself up bareback was impossible, anything horses is my favorite thing to do and I was frustrated. After careful, well thought out exercise plans, on Ryan’s part, I can do everything I want to do without pain. He really cares and wants to help, extremely recommended!
You’ll walk away from every workout with Ryan feeling successful. I’ve been working with him for almost two years, and my fitness level has skyrocketed (which means I’m perpetually ready for almost any activity here in Bend). If I’m focusing on a particular event, sport, or goal, he tailors my training plan appropriately. He’s also nailed the perfect blend of kicking my ass and encouraging my effort. Whether you’re looking for someone to help you get fit or up your game, Ryan’s your guy!
