Group Training Descriptions

Foam and Stretching Recovery Hour-All Levels

One hour of self myofacial release, stretching and mobility exercises using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and other SMR tools.

Think of it as giving yourself a deep tissue massage, followed by deeper stretches that lead to less aches and pains, as well as a ton of stress relief.

Also a great way to cool down from our intensity circuits. Feel free to bring the kiddos.

Intensity Circuits-
Intermediate to Advanced

High intense circuit training using free weights, body weight training, sprints and plyometrics.

This is a high-intensity 45 minute workout.

Victory Rally-All Levels

Our signature class. A 55-minute strength training session combining free weights, body weight training, plyometrics and more.

This is a high-energy, customized class that can benefit every fitness level for:

  • Total Body Strengthening
  • Muscle Building
  • Improved Core Strength &Balance
  • Injury Prevention
  • Weight Loss & Fat Burning

Total Core-All Levels

A 30-minute session that focuses on strengthening everything from knees to elbows, especially the abdominal complex and glutes.

This class is very beneficial for those with a history of low back pain.

Kids Fit-All Levels Ages 8 to 14

A 55-minute kid’s fitness session that involves body weight
resistance training, functional training with kid friendly equipment, agility work, plyometrics, and much more.

The emphasis here is on fun, but also instilling practices for a healthy lifestyle, injury prevention, improved performance in sports, and learning proper technique and form prior to graduating to weight lifting at the appropriate age and time.
